Refund/Cancellation Policy for Classes/Workshops

-Class sizes are small, usually around 6 students (sometimes there will be opportunities for more to attend a class) and classes fill quickly. Full payment is due by the first class, unless a payment plan has been established. Spots for classes cannot be held without a deposit of at least half the class fee. We accept payment by cash, check, credit card, PayPal, and Venmo. We do not prorate classes and we do not have make-up classes.

-If Woman And Machine cancels a class then the full class fee will be refunded or the class fee can be applied towards a similar or different class. If the different class is more, then the student is responsible for paying the difference.

-Majority of our classes/workshops require at least three students. If the minimum isn’t met a day before the date of class, we’ll send you an email update. If you are registered for a class or workshop and do not receive a confirmation/reminder email, please email us to confirm that you are registered. The email to use is info@womanandmachine.org

-Cancellation at 7 days prior to the class will result in a full refund.

- Cancellation at 6 days or less will result in a refund of 50% of the class fee or the full fee can be used towards a different class within 12 months. The student is responsible for any differences in class fee or materials cost.

 - There will be no refund if the student does not show up for the class.
